We have recently been in the process of renewing our Investors in People accreditation (JLES achieved Bronze back in 2015), and we are proud to announce today that we have been awarded the GOLD standard!

This latest achievement makes a statement about JLES: that we care about our teams and our core values lie at the very heart of everything we do. This sentiment has been expressed through surveys, phone interviews, face-to-face interviews and a compilation of evidence, and we’re so pleased that all of this effort has earned us such a fantastic status.

We recognise that none of this would have been possible without the help of our incredible employees – from our apprentices all the way up to our directors, we thank each and every one of you for coming to work each day and giving it your all. That’s why we put our staff before everything else and are always on hand to support them and aide in their professional development.
