JLES is proud to announce that we’ve been awarded Platinum accreditation by Investors in People (IIP) - the highest recognition available for organisations that put their people at the heart of what they do.
This achievement reflects our long-term commitment to continuous improvement since first gaining IIP accreditation in 2009, and marks another milestone in our mission to create a workplace where every individual can thrive.

Following a rigorous independent assessment, JLES achieved an exceptional score of 800 out of 900, placing us
9th worldwide in our sector for organisations with 50–249 employees
155th worldwide in the same employee category
This result places JLES among an elite group of UK employers who demonstrate world-class standards in employee engagement, leadership, and purpose-driven culture.

A key highlight from our IIP assessment was the recognition that 100% of our leadership team have progressed through the apprenticeship route within JLES, a testament to our belief in developing talent from within.
