JLES group was formed as a management company to the various divisions and disciplines operated within the brand. A large proportion of works are concentrated on research and development imperative to ensuring the companies objectives and aims to improve performance and increase trading operations is met. JLES Group also provides technical and financial support to its associated companies through its professional team of management, business and construction employees. JLES Group will often initially manage and complete works that it has been heavily been involved in such as developing relations with Local Authorities as was the case when the partnering agreement with St Helens Borough council highways department was implemented. An advantage of the JLES group is that it is able utilise the individual resources & expertise of its associated companies whilst also still providing developers with one single point of contact. This is especially relevant and demonstrated when providing clients with uniquely tailored package such as a design build and adoption contract.
