JLES provided a full turn key adoption package including all outstanding sewer and pump station works, highway realignment, kerbing and final surfacing. The works required significant stakeholder liaison, traffic management and providing of a fixed cost inclusive of regulating prior to commencement of the works.
The total works duration was 6 weeks and included resolution of land transfer legal issues and reduction of adoptable areas to enable client savings to be achieved. The relating S38 bond was reduced by North Yorkshire County Council within 3 weeks of completion.
