JLES provided Hambleton District Council with a lump sum, fixed fee Post Build Adoption Package to undertake required final surfacing of the carriageway and footway due to ponding and damage and required replacement of kerbs, traffic management, as built, street lighting, white lining, road sweep and gully instalment and cleanse. The cycle surface course required breaking out and resurfacing as the construction of this footpath was not to the specification required by North Yorkshire County Council.
The total works duration was 6 weeks and included required ongoing resident liaison. The relating S38 bond was reduced by North Yorkshire County Council within 2 weeks of completion.
