Problem: Multi-phase 350+ unit development with several open space liabilities still under ownership of the developer after completion of the scheme.
Solution: Upon JLES’s transfer of the highways, we continued liaison with the Local Authority on behalf of our developer client, to enable us to undertake the works necessary to allow the transfer of the open spaces to satisfy the Section 106 (Town and Country Planning Act) condition.
