“Fox’s Fold development, in Barton upon Humber was a recently completed development with only the infrastructure completion works outstanding. The JLES Post Build Report was ideal and provided us with not only a detailed log of all the final surfacing works that were required but also the additional essential works to allow progression of the adoption. JLES delivered exactly what was promised and the Local Authority issued the adoption certification in a very speedily manner which I believe was testament to the great service that had been provided. JLES PBA provided us with a quick, simple and hassle free way of progressing the site to adoption in a way that I don’t believe could have been achieved in the traditional way of appointing several contractors and managing the works ourselves.”

Andrew Calvert – Senior Engineering Manager, Redrow Yorkshire

“JLES provided a fixed fee all risk price to final surface and secure adoption. It was simple and easy, no additional fees were incurred and having experienced JLES Post Build Service you can definitely see the value in their services from start to finish.”

Sam Moore – Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Redrow Yorkshire

“JLES undertook the final surfacing works on Fox’s Fold and the site was placed onto a twelve-month maintenance period within two weeks of completing this work.”

Steve Dyson – Highway Development Officer, North Lincolnshire Council
