The service we receive from JLES is impeccable and the fast delivery of works I believe has been a large contributor in a number of cases whereby the speedy adoption has resulted in developers volunteering further sites for us to get involved in.
We enjoy a good relationship with JLES and the technical support they are able to offer us as part of their value-added contractor standing is invaluable and will hopefully see us to continue to utilise them from a works delivery point of view on further projects in the future.
Since 2008, Midland Heart have been outsourcing to JLES. They provide vital support and key outsourcing for our engineering needs. The use of JLES Adoption Management System has directly resulted in the rapid adoption of numerous legacy developments and a reduction of our surety liabilities in excess of £1.5 million.
JLES have shown a real professionalism and have allowed us to accelerate adoptions through their comprehensive knowledge of both our internal systems and how a developer works. Their dedication to performance is clear for all to see and they implement a faultless process and method of reporting to the client.
I initially engaged JLES to tackle the issue of back logged un-adopted sites. The have delivered every time a promise has been made. The diversity of issues they now manage on our behalf is ever increasing. I have no hesitancy in recommending their services as they are a fantastic contractor thanks to their “no problem is unsolvable” approach
Following an initial pathfinder meeting with JLES, Birmingham City Council provided details of stalled highways adoption sites within the city to JLES so that they may contact developers to hopefully initiate progress in partnership with them to stimulate adoptions in the area. Since providing JLES with the site list, they have worked closely with the Authority and Developers to progress previously stagnant sites. During this initiative, we have seen a significant increase in the adoption rates in the City and believe that JLES have provided a catalytic benefit to both the Authority and Developers in the Birmingham area.
