Customer Service

All house builders recognise customer satisfaction and company reputation as paramount. However, the specialists that are often needed for customer care visits and reports are not always available.

JLES Customer Care is a completely independent service specialising in the management of ongoing or problem engineering related customer care issues. All our operatives have been trained in customer care, as well as in the NHBC guidlines relating to engineering issues.
