The JLES adoption management system (AMS) was compiled to provide a standard procedure to allow the adoption of roads, sewers and public open spaces to be achieved as efficiently as possible. Since the creation of the JLES AMS we have continued to develop and evolve the system and all associated tools that are approved and recommended by water companies and Local Authorities throughout the UK.
